So it looks like my California getaway was sold from underneath me. Candy Spelling got her $150 million - just about the time I was ready to make a low ball offer of $149 millon. All I needed was to find a bank that would give me 100% financing. Or win several lotteries. Or find 150 million people who would donate $1 each to my cause.Oh well, it did only had parking for 100 cars ...
