Training Begins

So we should have started three months ago.  But we didn't.  Today we (that would be this year's members of the Udderly Pink 3-Day Breast Cancer Walk Team) finally got our derrieres (and all the other parts of our bodies) out on the road.  Our intent was to do anything from 0-8 miles.  It was hot. And this was the first training walk we have done this year.  So we went four miles.  Did I say how hot it was?

Anyhow, we made a start and sometimes that's the most important thing to do.  In two months we'll be walking those 60 miles, well-trained or not.  But we'll be together, walking for a cause we believe in.

And just in case you want to forgo that Starbucks or Diet Coke or whatever you wish to forgo, here's the link to instead donate that money: JUST CLICK HERE.  Thanks for your support!!
