So today's quote from Vidal Sassoon goes like this:
"The only place where success comes before work is a dictionary."
So in thinking about yesterday's Plan 10,001, I guess that means I have to work really hard if I want to have diet success. Working hard was NOT a part of that plan, so I guess it's on to Plan 10,0002!
