How to have a pretty good day:
1. Wear your daddy's 25-year-old hat.
2. Get somebody to stroll you around
3. Pick a sunny day with a clear blue sky
4. Take time to chat with the geese
5. Have milk in a sippy cup on hand
What could be better than that?

weird that gesse have appeared in my life 3 times lately:
1. Read about a wedding custom that the groom gives the bride's mother a goose (live or wooden) to signify his protection/commitment to the bride- apparently geese mate for life- I told Jonathan he could skip that
2. Goose illustration at Lucy's weight watcher meeting- re: team work, support, etc
