Oh. My. Goodnezzzzzzzzzzzzzz

va

-ca-tion - noun - a period of suspension of work, study, or other activity, usually used for rest, recreation, or travel; recess or holiday

After spending the night in Macon, Georgia, we arrived home today around noon. We unpacked the car, unpacked the suitcases, unpacked the stuff we accumulated during the trip, and unpacked our brains from vacation. We've gone to the grocery store for the basics, started a load of laundry, and read through the accumulated mail. We've cleaned out the litter box, caught up on a few of the television programs that we've recorded, and loved up on our very needy kitties.

In other words, we're back home, wondering where vacation went and why we're so tired after having a week of "rest". Think I'll go to bed and sleep on that ...

Today's blessings: safe road trip home; delivery of several ordered packages; catching up
