In a few hours, Steve, Maribeth, Mathieu, Molly, and I will be headed south to Columbus, Mississippi, to spend the night with Steve's dad, GDizzle. It will be a quick trip, just enough time to say "Merry Christmas" and to head back home on Christmas Eve. While it's nice to visit with family at Christmas, it's also nice to wake up on Christmas morning in your own bed - especially when you no longer have little ones waking up early to inspect their Santa goodies!
