It's August 1. I would wax poetic about it, but even I'm tired of reading about the "new month/new start" propaganda. It's also the first day of school here, so I kinda miss having the fresh new classroom feeling where you have all kinds of great expectations for the new school year. There's a lot of stuff going on and a lot of stuff planned and a lot of stuff that's got to get done which is sort of making my brain get all twitchy.
