The Breast Cancer 3-Day season, that is. Our team, Udderly Pink, is going at it again, this time in Philadelphia. We'll be walking 60 miles in 3 days to raise funds and awareness for breast cancer. Last year in Washington, D.C., we walked many of those miles in the rain, or maybe a monsoon would be more accurate. We walked a few extra miles due to course changes and government shut downs and protests. We walked with blisters and bum ankles and aching knees. We walked because we want an end to this disease called breast cancer. We want a cure, and sixty miles seems like a small price to pay for someone to have the lifetime they deserve.
It's time to start our fundraising and our training. Because I've made my goal, I'm asking that if you wish to donate, follow
this link to our team and donate. Better yet, join our team! You have all summer to train and raise money!
Thanks to those of you who have been so faithful in your support of this cause. And maybe we'll see you on the course in September!!
