Succumbing To Peer Pressure

Since Sam, Lynnette, and Lindley have their Christmas tree up and Molly is just waiting for someone to brave the spiders and bring her decorations down from her attic, I decided I would take the plunge and get started.  So I hung the wreath and then took a break.  Mainly because I sold my Christmas tree at a yard sale and haven't replaced it yet.

The issue is what kind of tree I shall have.  Shall I get another permanent one?  Or should I get the kind you keep alive through the season so you can plant it in your (or in my case, Molly's) yard?

Oh well, at least I've started ...

Today was a great day because:  I got a lot of things accomplished on my list (and yesterday's and the day before's); Everley time; it was a beautiful cold fall day

Ha!! I bet!! First you have to take down your Halloween Haven, then you probably have to put up a vignette of The First Thanksgiving before you can even start planning your Christmas Village!! And then you probably have sixty-eleven quilts to finish/design/create while you're busy cooking to feed everyone in your office ... and the offices next door. Me? I put the wreath on the door and opening a bottle of bubbly - I'm good until January 2!! ;-)
