It's Always Good To Have Something To Look Forward To

This is a pork slider from the Hawaii booth at the Food and Wine Festival at Epcot.  Maribeth and I were introduced to them at last year's Festival, and immediately became hooked.  It's been a year since we last met, and this weekend we shall renew our acquaintance. 

In other words, when your brain is sort of tired and you can't think of an amusing and/or amazing blog post, you think of something inspiring.  For me, this was it!
