Sunday

And it's December 22.  Which means it's time to break out the Christmas movies.  For me, it especially means the oldies but goodies -

"The Gathering" with Ed Asner
The Waltons - "The Homecoming"
"Holiday Inn"
"Love Actually"
"Scrooged"
"Trading Places"
"One Magic Christmas"
"Home Alone" - 1 and 2
"The Santa Clause"
"Miracle on 34th Street" - with Natalie Wood
"It's A Wonderful Life"
"Elf"
"A Charlie Brown Christmas"
"A Christmas Carol" - with several different casts

And I hope to finally see one movie that I've never seen - "A Christmas Story."  And I know there are many more movies than should be on a Christmas movie list - they just aren't on mine.

So I guess it's time to put on my Christmas jammies, get my snacks, and jump in the bed!!

Today was a great day because:  Sam, Lynnette, and Lindley made it safely to their Texas destination; Everley time; Steve's steaks on the grill; visit with Molly and her help with spiffing up the sun room; cruise plans made

"One Magic Christams" is a favorite at our house. Your Christmas movie day sounds like the perfect day!
